Tom Lewis runs his boutique lochside hotel at the foot of stunning Scottish mountains within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. The Lewis family, run their contemporary hotel, a converted 18th-century farmhouse and its outbuildings, Mhor 84 - a motel, restaurant, bar and cafe - plus Mhor Bread and Mhor Fish in Callander.
Tom was defeated by Nick Nairn in the Scottish heat of the BBC television series Great British Menu.
