Rosebank

The Rosebank distillery was situated in Camelon on the banks of the Forth and Clyde canal between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Rosebank was once considered one of the premier lowland whiskies but United Distillers mothballed the distillery in 1993. Diageo own the Rosebank trademark and continue to release limited bottles of original Rosebank whisky but there are also plans to open a new distillery in Falkirk, near the original Rosebank distillery.
